Eligibility Criteria
1. General Manager Positions
- Cumulative service period of fifteen (15) years’ work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of a Manager in suitable field.
- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in any suitable field from a recognized institution.
- Certificate in Leadership course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
- Membership to any suitable relevant professional body in good standing.
- Exhibited a thorough understanding of national goals, policies, objectives and ability to relate them to NCA’s mandate
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Demonstrated a high degree of professional competence, managerial and administrative capability as reflected in work performance and results
- Relevant qualification from a recognized institusion
- Part III of Certified Human Resource Professional or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution for General Manager, Human Resource And Administration
- Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
2. Manager Positions
- Cumulative service period of fifteen (15) years’ work experience, three (3) of which should have been in the grade of Assistant ManagerÂ
- Accounts or in a comparable position and organization;
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field from a recognized institution;
- Master’s degree in any relevant from a recognized institution;
- Certificate in Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
- Member of a relevant professional body
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Demonstrated managerial, administrative and professional competence in work performance and results
- Exhibited a thorough understanding of national goals, policies and ability to relate them to the mandate of NCA.
Required Documents
Appointed candidates will be required to satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya by submitting compliance certificates as follows;
- Certificate of Good Conduct from Director of Criminal Investigation
- Clearance Certificate from Higher Education Loans Board
- Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority
- Clearance from Ethics and Anti-Corruption CommissionÂ
- Clearance from an approved Credit Reference Bureau
