Conducting inspections of Arbitration and Conciliation practices to assess compliance with legal and ethical standards
Compiling and submitting inspection reports with findings and recommendations
Monitoring implementation of corrective actions by Arbitrators and Conciliators
Identifying and reporting recurring compliance issues for policy improvement
Providing legal interpretation and guidance on Arbitration and Conciliation laws during inspections
Collaborating with Arbitrators, Conciliators, and Experts to promote adherence to CADR’s Guidelines

Qualifications & Experience
Must be a minimum of 24 years old
Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre or any accredited Institution.
Applicants should have a minimum of three (3) years of working experience which should have been served at the level of State Attorney in Government or equivalent level of experience from a reputable organization
