Eligibility Criteria

1. Trainee Field Assistant

  • University degree in tropical Agriculture, Agronomy, soil science or horticulture from a recognized University.
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to ride a motorcycle, Willingness to relocate to any group plantations within the estate from time to time
  • Willingness to learn and undergo training.

2. Community Liaison Officer

  • Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB), Social Sciences, Public Administration, Community Development, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures, regulatory compliance, and community engagement.
  • Able to supervise and lead subordinates.
  • Ability to collect data and use it to assess social
  • impacts of the project on the community.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good report writing skills.
