Eligibility Criteria
1. Trainee Field Assistant
- University degree in tropical Agriculture, Agronomy, soil science or horticulture from a recognized University.
- Computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to ride a motorcycle, Willingness to relocate to any group plantations within the estate from time to time
- Willingness to learn and undergo training.
2. Community Liaison Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB), Social Sciences, Public Administration, Community Development, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures, regulatory compliance, and community engagement.
- Able to supervise and lead subordinates.
- Ability to collect data and use it to assess social
- impacts of the project on the community.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good report writing skills.
