Qualifications

1. Assistant Director: Performance Management

  • Senior certificate, plus Degree (NQF 7) in Human Resource Management/ Public Administration qualification as recognised by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in PMDS environment, of which 2 years should be on supervisory level.
  • A valid drivers licence.

2. Assistant Director: SCM

  • Senior Certificate, plus a relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management/ Public Management / Logistics or equivalent at NQF level 7 as recognised by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 3-year related SCM supervisory experience.
  • LOGIS Certificates.

3. Deputy Director: Financial Accounting

  • Senior Certificate plus, a relevant tertiary qualification in Financial Management at NQF level 7 as recognised by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Financial Accounting at supervisory/management (ASD) level.

4. Deputy Director: Human Resource Administration

  • Senior Certificate, plus B-Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management or related areas at NQF 7 as recognised by SAQA. PERSAL certificates.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in human resource administration environment, of which 3 years should be on ASD level.
  • Valid drivers license.

5. Deputy Director: Management Accounting

  • Senior Certificate plus, Bachelor’s degree/ Advanced Diploma in Financial Management /Accounting or equivalent qualification at NQF level 7 as recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 3 years related experience in management accounting at supervisory/management level (ASD).

6. Deputy Director: Organisational Development and Job Evaluation

  • Senior certificate, plus Degree in Organisational Development and/or business administration with an OD focus qualification as recognised by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in OD environment, of which 3 years should on ASD level.
  • Certificate in Business Process Mapping, Job Analyst Certificate, Certificate in Job Evaluation panellist.
  • A valid drivers licence.

7. Environmental Health Practitioner Grade 1-3

  • Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent, plus a Diploma or Degree in Environmental Health (or an appropriate qualification that allows HPCSA registration).
  • Must be currently registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an Independent Environmental Health Practitioner for the 2026/2027 cycle.
  • Hospital experience and extensive knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).
  • Grade 1
    • South African Qualified: No experience required after registering with the HPCSA (inclusive of completed Community Service).
    • Foreign Qualified: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience after registering with the HPCSA (where Community Service is not required).
  • Grade 2
    • South African Qualified: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience after registering with the HPCSA.
    • Foreign Qualified: Minimum of 11 years of relevant experience after registering with the HPCSA.
  • Grade 3
    • South African Qualified: Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience after registering with the HPCSA.
    • Foreign Qualified: Minimum of 21 years of relevant experience after registering with the HPCSA.

8. Food Service Manager

  • Senior Certificate plus, Diploma in Food Service Management (NQF 6) or relevant qualification as recognised by SAQA.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience in a hospital environment.

9. Human Resource Officer ( PERSAL)

  • Grade 12 or equivalent at NQF Level 4 as recognized by SAQA.
  • A Drivers License will be an added advantage

10. Internal Auditor

  • An appropriate bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Internal Auditing/Accounting/Risk Management.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive.
  • A successful candidate must be willing to travel extensively and work irregular hours.

11. Labour Relations Officer

  • Senior Certificate plus, recognized Diploma (NQF6) in Labour Law/ Labour Relations or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.
  • No experience is required

12. Assistant Director: Organisational Development and Job Evaluation

  • Senior Certificate, plus Degree (NQF 7) in Organisational Development and/or business administration with an OD focus qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Organisational Development environment, of which 2 years should be on supervisory level. 

13. Assistant Director: Labour Relations

  • Senior Certificate plus, recognised Degree (NQF 7) in Labour Law/ Labour Relations or equivalent qualification as recognised by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in conducting misconduct investigations; handling of grievances & conciliation and arbitration on supervisory level.

14. Assistant Director: HR Admin

  • Matric plus tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related areas at NQF 6.
  • 3 years relevant experience at supervisory level.
  • Relevant PERSAL certificates.

15. Assistant Director: Asset Management

  • Senior Certificate, plus a relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management/ Public Management or equivalent at NQF level 7 as recognised by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 3-year related asset management supervisory experience.

16. Artisan Production

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification with no experience.
  • Appropriate Trade Test Certificate (Fitter).
  • A complete apprentice and proof of passing a trade test in terms of the Section 13(2)(h) of 1981, of the Manpower Act, 1981 as amended or a certificate issued under provisions of Section 28 or 30 of the Manpower Act, 1981, as amended or issued under the provisions of the repealed Section 27 of the Act referred to.

17. Artisan Foreman

  • Senior Certificate, plus appropriate trade test certificate as recognised by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as Artisan.
  • A completed apprenticeship and proof of passing a trades tests in terms of the provisions of section 13(2)(h) of the Manpower Training Act ,1981 as amended or a certificate issued under the provisions of the repealed section 27 of the Act referred.

18. Administration Officer – H/A/25/2026

  • Senior Certificate, plus Diploma in Public Administration or related qualification as recognised by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a support services, facilities management or related administrative environment.

19. Administration Officer- H/A/26/2026

  • Senior Certificate, plus Diploma (NQF 6) in Public Administration /Financial Management/ Accounting or related qualification as recognised by SAQA.
  • A minimum of 3 years in PERSAL administration or finance environment.
