The Program Structure
The Nigerian Breweries Graduate Program is a three-year path consisting of three distinct six-month rotations followed by a fixed landing role:
- Rotation 1 (Home Base): Set off in Nigeria to gain a solid foundation in your specific function and understand the company’s operations, strategy, and culture.
- Rotation 2 (Cross-Functional): Continue in Nigeria with a cross-functional assignment to widen your perspective on how different business areas interconnect.
- Rotation 3 (International): Broaden your horizons with an international assignment designed to enhance your global mindset and cultural adaptability.
- Landing Role: Apply your accumulated tools and insights in a management position within Nigeria.

Requirements for Appointment
To be eligible for the 2026/2027 intake, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division) Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering related fields (a Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Five (5) credits in WASC/GCE/SSCE/NECO/IGCSE, including Mathematics and English.
- Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps programme.
- Specifically for new graduates with a maximum of 1-year post-graduation experience.
- Must be fully globally mobile as rotations require international travel.
- Proficiency in the English language and strong leadership potential.
