Professional Qualifications & Experience
1. Supervisor, Security
First Degree (B.SC or H.N.D) in Social Sciences, Crime Management or any relevant field
Minimum of six (6) years’ experience
Professional certification is required
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint Outlook)
2. Legal Officer
Minimum of a First Degree in Law (L.L.B, B.L)
LLM (Master of Law) is an advantage
Professional certification, such as membership in the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) is required
Minimum of four (4) years post call-to-bar experience as a Legal Practitioner
3. Strategy Officer
First Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Master’s degree or professional certification in Strategic Management is an advantage
Must have 0-3 years of relevant experience
4. Performance Management/Learning & Development Officer
First Degree (B.SC or H.N.D) in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or any relevant field
Professional qualification in HR Management e.g. Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) or international equivalent will be an added advantage
2-4 years’ experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
5. Business Intelligence & Analytics Officer
First Degree (B.SC or H.N.D) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence
6. Head, QHSSE
Bachelor’s Degree or its Equivalent Qualification in Engineering, Occupational Health & safety, Arts, Social Science, Environmental Health and Public Health from a recognized tertiary institution.
An MBA or Masters in a related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
Professional certifications in QHSE training from a or membership of relevant institution such as Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria, National Board for Occupational Safety and Health) or any other related body.
Minimum of ten (10) years of QHSE work experience within the Power Industry five (5) of which should be at a senior Management in a similar corporate services role.
7. Lead, Energy Management Accounting
First Degree (B.Sc., HND) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related discipline
Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, ICAN are advantageous
5-7 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
8. Head, Internal Audit
Minimum of a First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related numerate discipline is required
An MBA or Master’s Degree in related discipline is an added advantage
Relevant professional certification from a reputable institution e.g. Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAN), Association of National Accountants of Nigerian (ANAN) or any other relevant professional qualification
Minimum of ten (10) years relevant professional experience, with at least five (5) years in a senior Management position in a similar corporate role.
9. Head, Finance
First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
Relevant professional certifications, e.g. Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) or any other relevant professional qualification are required.
MBA or a Masters’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
Minimum of 10 years relevant professional experience, with at least five (5) years in a Senior Management position in a similar environment
10. Lead, Budget Planning & Control
First Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are highly preferred
5-7 years of relevant work experience
Prior experience in the power, energy, or utilities sector is an advantage.
11. Enumeration & New Connections Officer
First Degree (BSc, B.Engr., HND) in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Must have 0-3 years of relevant experience
Professional certification in customer service or project management is an advantage
12. IT Service Desk & Analytics Officer
First Degree (B.SC or H.N.D) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles
Professional certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are highly desirable
